Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the large number of makes and models in our fleet we can not guarantee a specific vehicle. All vehicles in the same class are similar in size and passenger capabilities.

Unfortunately, we do not allow animals to be transported in our vehicles. Cleaning charges from $299 will apply if any animal fur or odors are detected in the vehicle.

All our vehicles are non-smoking. A cleaning fee from $299 applies to any vehicles which have been smoked in.

Our vehicles are not permitted to be used off-road or be taken directly to the snow.

You may drive an Alpha vehicle in most states and territories however travel is not permitted into or out of the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania. Travel to any destination via barge or ferry transport is not permitted. Vehicles cannot be driven on unsealed roads or in snow.

All vehicles should be provided to you with a full tank of petrol. Please return the vehicles to us the same. A refuelling fee of $4.40 per litre applies (minimum charge of $20).

Unfortunately, we do not permit our vehicles to be used for towing purposes.
