Role and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service specialist to design, develop and deliver the Customer Service channel at Alpha together with the COO and Operations Management team.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and management of Customer Service enquiries, Communication and Complaints management using our Customer Service Management (CSM) system. You will apply sound business knowledge and drive daily operational excellence across the Customer Service stream supporting Branch locations, Sales, Retention, and the wider business to uplift Alpha Customer Satisfaction and Experience.
