You must hold a full and valid drivers licence to hire a vehicle (no learners or provisional drivers licences are accepted).

Drivers aged 21-24 (inclusive) can also choose from additional car options such as Mystery Car, Economy Car, Compact Car, Compact SUV, Compact Hybrid SUV, Intermediate Car, and Ute, subject to availability and with an age surcharge.

There is no upper age limit for renting vehicles as long as your licence is valid.

We do not hire to drivers under 21.

We do accept digital drivers licences from QLD, NSW and SA only. These will be accepted if we are able to verify the validity of these licences. If we are unable to verify your licence, you may be asked to present your physical drivers licence.

We are also unable to process payment via digital cards, Apple pay or any similar systems, the physical credit card must be present at the time of hiring.

Any licence provided must be in English and include a photo. If your driver’s licence is in any language other than English, it must be accompanied by an approved translation such as an International Driving Permit. An International Driving Permit is not a stand-alone document and must be carried with your valid domestic driver’s licence.

All people wishing to drive the vehicle must be listed on the rental agreement. If you wish to add a driver after collecting the vehicle please contact us on 1300 227 473.
