Windscreen & Tyre Protection: $9.90 per day

Yes, if the damage is part of separate events. For example, if they got a stone chip that spread and then damaged two tyres by hitting a gutter later, the customer would have to pay $250 per event.

Yes, this protection is available for all vehicles in the Alpha fleet.

No, Windscreen & Tyre protection can only be added at the time of booking or Pick Up.

Yes, Broker customers will be able to purchase this protection at the counter.

Please note: This product will mean customers do not have a liability fee payable if they cause damage to the Windscreen or Tyres of the vehicle.
Additionally, all customers with Windscreen or Tyre damage MUST complete the Accident Report Form in We Capture, and invoices must be sent by the branch to Claims once the damaged item has been repaired or replaced.
