Out-of-hours collections and returns may be available depending on the location. Please contact us on 1300 227 473 for assistance.
If you return the vehicle more than 2 hours after the drop-off time, you will be charged an additional full day’s fee. For example, if your rental is from 8:00 am to 8:00 am the next day, and you return it at 10:00 am, the extra charge will apply. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Yes, shuttle pick-ups and drop-offs are available at all locations except our Slacks Creek branch. After booking, you will receive all relevant details via email. Please note that infants under 6 months cannot be transported on our shuttles.
