A customer has an existing rental now; can they add this protection?

No, Windscreen & Tyre protection can only be added during the booking process or at the time of vehicle collection, not after the rental has started.

Is this available to Broker Customers?

Yes, customers booking through third-party websites will be able to purchase this protection at the counter.

Please note: This product ensures that customers will not be liable for any fees if they cause damage to the windscreen or tyres of the vehicle. Additionally, all customers with windscreen or tyre damage must complete the Accident Report Form in We Capture. Invoices must be submitted by the branch to Claims once the damaged item has been repaired or replaced.
