Unfortunately, we do not allow other vehicles to be left on our premises.
No, you do not need to clean the vehicle as long as it is returned in a reasonably clean condition. However, if the vehicle is excessively dirty, has been smoked in, or has carried animals, a cleaning fee starting from $299 will apply.
If you’ve left something in the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll search for your lost property and let you know if it has been found. If you would like it returned, you can either arrange for someone to collect it or send us a prepaid envelope or postage label.
Please note that Alpha is not responsible for any property left in the vehicle.
