While we always aim to make the pick-up process completely seamless, we unfortunately cannot allow customers to leave their personal vehicles parked at our premises during the rental period. This specific policy applies strictly across all of our Alpha Car Hire locations to ensure we maintain enough space to easily manage our active fleet. We highly recommend arranging a quick drop-off with a friend or utilising local public transport to reach our office so you can simply grab the keys and hit the road.

While we simply expect our vehicle to be returned in a reasonably tidy state, you certainly do not need to worry about giving it a full professional wash before dropping off the keys. However, a cleaning fee starting from $299 will strictly apply if the car is returned excessively dirty, has been smoked in or has transported animals during your trip. Maintaining this policy ensures our fleet remains completely fresh, hygienic and perfectly ready for the next customer hitting the road. We truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping our cars looking absolutely fantastic for everyone.

If you realise you have accidentally left something behind in one of our vehicles, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can start looking for it straight away. If we successfully locate your item, you can arrange to collect it from the branch or send us a prepaid envelope or postage label so we can return it to you.

Please keep in mind that while we will always do our best to help recover lost belongings, Alpha Car Hire cannot accept responsibility for items left inside the vehicle after drop-off.
