Can I park my own vehicle at your office whilst renting?
Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to leave their own vehicles on our premises during the rental period.”
Do I need to clean the vehicle?
if the vehicle is excessively dirty, has been smoked in, or has transported animals, a cleaning fee starting from $299 will apply.
What if I’ve left something in the vehicle?
If you’ve left something in the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll search for your lost property and notify you if it is found. If you would like it returned, you can either arrange for someone to collect it or send us a prepaid envelope or postage label.
Please note that Alpha accepts no responsibility for any property left in the vehicle.
