There are several payment options, including prepayment or paying at the counter. If you wish to prepay when completing your reservation, select the Pay Now or Book Over the Phone option to process your payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for Pay Now bookings. Please note that even with a prepaid booking, you must present a credit/debit card at the time of collection and pay the applicable bond.
All charges will be in Australian Dollars, and we cannot take responsibility for currency fluctuations if payments are made in non-AUD currencies.
A valid Mastercard or Visa card must be presented at collection. Debit cards are acceptable, but the physical card must be in the hirer’s name. If you are unable to present a card in the hirer’s name, please contact us for assistance.
