How to find our Shuttle Buses
As part of Alpha’s commitment to providing the most enjoyable car hire experience to all our clients, we provide complimentary shuttle bus services to transport car renters from their airport terminals to our nearby offices.
Please see the directions below for each corresponding airport and location to see where and how you can catch a free ride from your airport to your rental car.
Shuttle Bus in Brisbane Airport
From Domestic Terminal
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge;
- Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone;
- The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up.
From International Terminal
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Turn left into the arrivals hall;
- Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal;
- Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp;
- The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up.
Shuttle Bus in Gold Coast Airport
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area.
- Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus.
- Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once.
- If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as you can so we can provide you with an after-hour pick-up instructions.
Shuttle Bus in Sunshine Coast Airport
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5370 2050, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Once outside terminal, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach area.
- Once in the Coach area, look for the Purple Bus which will be parked in Bay 5 or 6.
- Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once.
- If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as you can so we can provide you with an after-hour pick-up instructions.
Shuttle Bus in Sydney Airport
From Domestic Terminal
For customers flying in with VIRGIN, JETSTAR & Regionals (Terminal T2):
- Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
- Exit the terminal (T2) and immediately turn left.
- Walk to the end of the road and look for a grey staircase and blue sign (which says Qantas 300m).
- Please wait in that area (T2 shuttle area) and look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the driver know that you are going to Alpha.
- Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
For customers flying in with QANTAS Domestic (Terminal T3):
- Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
- Exit the terminal (T3) and turn right.
- Walk along the path and cross over two small pedestrian crossings and wait in the T2 shuttle area.
- Please look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
- Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
From International Terminal
- Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
- Exit the arrival hall of the terminal and turn right.
- Follow the signs to the Shuttle Bus/Mini Bus area. Please wait at BAY no. 22.
- Please look for the blue Park on King Shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
- Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
Shuttle Bus in Melbourne Airport
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 03 8592 6377, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport.
- Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2.
- Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area.
- Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos
- If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as you can so we can provide you with an after-hour pick-up instructions.
- There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party.

You may request a quotation and check availability without making a reservation. Complete only the first pages of the rates and reservations process. If you wish to make a reservation at this time and with these details simply continue by pressing the “Book Now” Button.
At the end of the reservation process, you will receive a “Reservation Confirmation” page with the reservation number highlighted. You will also receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation and collection procedure.
Yes, however, the person with the credit card must be on the Rental Contract as the main driver so they will need to have a current open driver’s licence written in English.
Extending the rental duration is possible at time of check out or during the rental itself. You will need to contact or come in person to the nearest location. The extension is subject to vehicle availability and extra payment.

You may receive a refund of your booking fee, minus any applicable cancellation fees. We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup. Otherwise, for cancellations within or less than 48 hours of pickup, a fixed $75 cancellation fee will be applicable.
We charge a full day’s fee if the vehicle is returned 2 hours beyond the drop-off time.
For example, if a full-day rental is from 8:00 am to 8:00 am the next day, and you use the vehicle from 8:00 am to 10:00 am the next day, you exceed the 2-hour limit. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our customer service team.
