How to find our Shuttle Buses
As part of Alpha’s commitment to providing the most enjoyable car hire experience to all our clients, we provide complimentary shuttle bus services to transport car renters from their airport terminals to our nearby offices.
Please see the directions below for each corresponding airport and location to see where and how you can catch a free ride from your airport to your rental car.
Shuttle Bus in Brisbane Airport
From Domestic Terminal
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge;
- Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone;
- The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up.
From International Terminal
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Turn left into the arrivals hall;
- Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal;
- Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp;
- The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up.
Shuttle Bus in Gold Coast Airport
- Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
- Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area.
- Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus.
- Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once.
If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as you can so we can provide you with an after-hour pick-up instructions.
Shuttle Bus in Sydney Airport
From Domestic Terminal
We’ll pick you up from the airport—free of charge.
How to find the shuttle:
- Collect your luggage
Call us on (02) 8355 1933 - Exit the terminal and cross over at the middle intersection/crossing and head towards P3 Express pick up:
- Virgin, Jetstar & Regional (T2): Exit at ground level, once you have crossed over, turn RIGHT.
- Qantas (T3): Exit at ground level, once you have crossed over, turn LEFT
- Wait at the Shuttle Zone area just located adjacent to P3 Car Park. Spot the Bus Keep an eye out for a BLUE shuttle (not purple!) with Park on King and Alpha Car Hire signage.
From International Terminal
- Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
- Exit the arrival hall of the terminal and turn right.
- Follow the signs to the Shuttle Bus/Mini Bus area. Please wait at BAY no. 22.
- Please look for the blue Park on King Shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
- Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.

- Collect your luggage
Once you’ve landed and collected your bags, you’re ready for the shuttle. - Call us to dispatch the shuttle (IMPORTANT)
Please call 03 8592 6377 to let us know you’re ready for pick-up.
The shuttle is only dispatched after you call. - Head to the shuttle pick-up area
Cross over one lane towards the hotels. The off-airport parking shuttle area will be on your right. - Wait opposite Terminal 2 (T2)
Walk down and wait directly opposite T2 for a white shuttle bus with green “Easy Airport Parking” signage. - Delayed flight?
If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide after-hours pick-up instructions if required. - Child restraints on the shuttle
Please note there are no baby seats available on the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles. If this affects your booking, please contact the branch to arrange an alternative driver collection.

The shuttle ride generally takes 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the airport and traffic conditions.

How do I request the shuttle upon arrival?
Once you’ve landed and collected your luggage, simply call the Alpha branch using the phone number in your confirmation email. The team will dispatch the next available shuttle.

No. The shuttle service is limited to airport terminal pickups and drop-offs. If you’re staying elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange your transport to the branch.
